The Challenge

The primary challenge was integrating a Google Sheet used by AT&T agents to submit sales forms. Each time an agent registered a sale or order on the sheet, the system had to automatically fetch the entered information and place an order on the AT&T website, scheduling a technician visit for the customer. This manual process was not only time-consuming but also left room for human errors, leading to discrepancies and delays.

WebByICPC’s tailored automation solution dramatically enhanced AT&T’s operational efficiency. What previously took days of manual labor, entering roughly 40 sales daily, was transformed into a swift and efficient automated system capable of processing approximately 400 sales a day.
